When logging into the thick client of Access It! Universal.NET utilizing a SaaS server, you receive the following error:
The requested upgrade is not supported by 'URL'. This could be due to mismatched bindings (for example security enabled on the client and not on the server.)
This error can be caused by the Windows clock being different between the client machine and the server machine. If the time disparity between machines is > 5 minutes, security negotiations between the client and server fail and this error is generated.
Confirm that the Windows environment of both the client machine and server are configured correctly in relation to date/time settings ('Time zone', 'Adjust for daylight savings time automatically', etc.)
