RS2 manages all return material authorization through a portal within the Dealer Area of the rs2tech website and requires a dealer-level login to access this data. Authorized dealers that require a login may contact [email protected] for assistance. Through the portal a user may:
- Request a new RMA
- Request advanced replacements
- Track RMA progress
Hardware purchased after 01/01/2015 have a 3 year limited warranty against malfunction or defect. Any panel returned and found to not be defective may be subject to a no trouble found fee. For more specifics on the warranty and no trouble found fees, please contact [email protected].
