Default Home Page

Overview

Beginning with Access It! v5.5, User Groups may now be configured with a default home page. This home page will be displayed upon logging into the application or web client. This may be beneficial for segmented systems where users do not need to view the system status page.

Implementation

  1. Navigate to the Configuration menu
  2. Select User Groups
  3. Create a new User Group, or edit an existing
  4. Select the General
  5. Select the Home page as needed:
    • System Status - Users will be directed to the system status window upon login
    • Alarms - Users will be directed to the alarms window upon login
    • Blank - Users will be directed to a blank screen upon login
    • Cardholders - Users will be directed to the cardholders window upon login
    • Cards - Users will be directed to the cards window upon login
