The following is a brief description of what is needed before attempting to make the WAG-PIM-485-16TD work with Access It! Universal.

The PIM-485-16TD communicates to the WAG via 2 wire RS-485 and wirelessly communicates with field hardware known as WAs. WAs are battery powered and can be configured with proximity or magstripe readers. The WAs are mounted directly to the door and control both lockset and request to exit. A total of 16 WAs can be attached to one PIM-485-16TD.
The PIM-485-16TD must first be linked to the WAs which may be accomplished by using the manufacturer's Configuration & Demonstration Tool (CDT).
Refer to the manufacturer’s documentation to perform this procedure.
